Therapy tester?

 

After years of therapy as a sexual abuse survivor, I am doing much better. However, I still get triggered, feel unsafe, and face challenges in self-regulating my emotions. And how am I supposed to teach my daughter how to regulate her own emotions? We know a lot about the nervous system today, and I believe some of the new therapies can be very helpful.

But how do these therapies work and what can you expect?

I want to explore some of these therapies, and I’m taking you along for the ride. I have been doing Dr. Arielle Schwartz’s Polyvagal Yoga, and the next two therapies I am trying are Dr. Amiee’s 21-Day Journey to Calm Aliveness and Dr. Stephen Porges and Unyte’s SSP Protocol.
