The 14 songs on Unicorn's debut album range from acoustic singer songwriter and light pop to louder rock and progressive inspired songs. The main story behind many of the lyrics is a traumatic childhood, unfortunately known by too many.
The songs are melodic with raw emotion and a powerful message; there is hope!
The cover artwork is taken from a real photo album. All the lyrics are designed to represent a moment in a life. The sleeve is hand-assembled with especially imported paper, identical to the typical 70s photo album page dividers.
The album was recorded in Thessaloniki, Greece over a period of 2 months in the summer of 2001.
